Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping 3–7 business days Expedited Shipping 1–3 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Sculpt Care is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sculpt Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, our support team will assist in investigating the issue when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.
