We partner only with manufacturers that follow the latest Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), employ solid‑phase synthesis, and advanced purification methods ensuring consistent, stable, contaminant‑free batches.
SHIPPING TERMS
1. Order Processing
Orders confirmed by 12:00 p.m. (EST) are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order status is “Shipped”.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes
Continental USA: 2–5 business days (standard) / 1–2 business days (express).
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories: 5–10 business days.
Timeframes are estimates provided by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS or equivalents) and may vary due to external factors.
3. Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse.
Status updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Shipping Addresses
Double‑check your address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; please choose a physical address when possible.
5. Returned Packages / Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it by charging a new shipping fee.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery to ensure product integrity.
6. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items
Inspect the package upon receipt.
Notify us within 48 hours if there is visible damage or missing product(s), including photos of the box and contents.
In case of confirmed loss by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund after internal review.
7. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
Local taxes, import duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned or held by the authorities.
8. Shipping Conditions & Stability
Our lyophilized peptides are shipped under conditions that preserve quality during standard transit.
If your protocol requires special conditions (e.g., dry ice), contact us before checkout additional costs may apply.
9. Split Shipments
To expedite delivery, we may ship items from the same order separately at no additional cost.
10. Force Majeure
Sculpt Care is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

What are “research peptides”?
Synthetic compounds used exclusively in scientific studies in vitro or in vivo (animal models). They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of diseases.
Are the products safe and pure?
Yes. We work with U.S. manufacturers that follow GMP and test every batch (HPLC, MS). We provide COAs to confirm identity and purity.
Can I use these peptides in humans?
No. Our products are for research use only. Any other use violates our Terms and may breach regulatory guidelines.
How should I store and reconstitute the peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be kept in a cool, dry place (ideally refrigerated or frozen). Reconstitution depends on your lab protocol; we do not provide dosing or application guidance.
What are the shipping methods and timeframes?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 2–5 business days; international, 7–21 business days (customs may vary). A tracking number is emailed once shipped.
Are there duties, taxes, or customs fees?
For international orders, local taxes and import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Failure to pay may result in the package being held or returned.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not yet been shipped. After the status is “Shipped,” changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What is your return policy?
Because these are research reagents, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken. Damaged or lost packages are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
Do you ship with dry ice or special conditions?
Our lyophilized peptides tolerate standard transit. If your protocol requires dry ice or specific temperature control, contact us before purchase (additional costs may apply).
